To be honest, when I received a invoice that I truly understood was too high based on my experience, I called them to verify. "Waste Services USA saved the day! Some background: Another company (with the word County somewhere in the name) failed to deliver on my scheduled delivery date, and when I called to find out what happened, they refused to honor the price negotiated through Dumpster Market. When I researched the company and found that the owner has a multi-milliondollar federal judgment against him from a previous company that scammed its customers, I realized that I needed to find another dumpster company. That’s when I found Waste Services USA. Thankfully, they offered to deliver the dumpster the next day (a Saturday). Pricing was very fair, and my bill accurately reflected the weight of the load (several tons of concrete and stucco). Overall, a great experience"
